Your Rights Under CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to direct us to stop selling your personal information. Traders Regiment does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we provide this page to formally honor your rights and document your opt-out request.

What "Selling" Means Under CCPA

CCPA defines "selling" broadly to include sharing personal information with third parties in exchange for valuable consideration. This includes certain uses of data for targeted advertising and analytics. We do not engage in these practices, but we respect your right to opt out of any activity that may qualify under this definition.

Submit an Opt-Out Request

To submit a formal Do Not Sell request or to inquire about your data rights, email privacy@traders-regiment.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell Request." Include your registered email address and we will respond within 15 days.

Additional Privacy Rights

In addition to the Do Not Sell right, California residents may have the right to: know what personal information is collected, access a copy of your personal information, delete personal information, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of automated decision-making. Contact us at the email above to exercise any of these rights.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Exercising your CCPA rights will not result in a different level or quality of service.
